User Agreement

Welcome to Lirix. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Lirix mobile application (“App”). Lirix is a flower collection tool that allows users to add flower images, names, and related descriptions for convenient viewing and review. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
This App is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using Lirix, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who do not meet this requirement.

2. Use of the App
Lirix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content

• Use the App in a way that may damage or overload the service

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

3. User Content
The App allows you to add flower images, names, and descriptions. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By using the App, you represent that:

• You have the rights to upload the images you add

• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

• Your content does not contain harmful or inappropriate material

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and maintain within the App.

4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including but not limited to design, features, functionality, and branding, are owned by Lirix or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. App Availability
We strive to keep Lirix available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

6. Data and Storage
Lirix allows you to store flower-related content. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data if necessary. We are not responsible for any loss of user content due to device issues, app updates, or unforeseen technical problems.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights

• Upload malicious files or harmful code

• Use automated systems to access the App

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks

• Use the App in a manner that violates applicable laws

Violation of these rules may result in termination of access.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lirix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of content, or service interruptions.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your rights under this Agreement will cease.

11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.
